To avoid crowds we have introduced in-store collection in 1-2 working days.
Buy your products online from the comfort of your home and choose to collect them for free in the FRWRD store closest to you.

As soon as your order is ready to be collected, you will be contacted by our staff. Remember that to collect it you will need to present the order confirmation.
If another person comes in your place, they will also need to present an identity document.

You will have 15 days from the day of the order to collect it.

When purchasing on the site, when you choose 'Collect in Store', remember that in the next step you will only have to enter your Name and Surname, leaving the address information of the store chosen for collection unchanged. If you choose "cash on delivery" as your payment method, you will be able to pay for your order within the store.
