Make your return

To take advantage of the free return of an item you must make the return within 30 days from the date of creation of your order.

The items must be in perfect condition and retain all labels.

Your request will be accepted by our team and you will receive an email to book the day and time that is most convenient for you for collection.
You will not have to print and attach any labels to your package.

At this point, prepare your package without forgetting to insert the receipt inside so that the refund can be made.

The costs of collection are borne by the sender in Italy, and by the recipient in Europe.

You can change size or item at one of our FRWRD stores.
It is mandatory to have a receipt.
