RETURN POLICY / REFUND POLICY

To take advantage of the free return of an item you must make the return within 30 days from the date of creation of your order.

It is not possible to change the size or color of your items.
To make an exchange for another item or size/colour you will therefore have to request a return and proceed with a new purchase or go to the store closest to you.

The items must be in perfect condition and retain all labels. It is mandatory to include both the completed form and the receipt that you will find inside in the package to receive the refund. If the receipt is missing, we will not provide a refund.

The options for returning the goods are as follows:

- home collection: click here to make your return. Enter your order number and select the item to return. Specify the reason why you want to make the return. Your request will be accepted by our team and you will receive an email with the label to print and attach to your package and a link to independently book collection at the address you have chosen.

- FRWRD Store: it is mandatory to have an order confirmation and receipt to exchange size or colour, or item. Remember to go to the store closest to you within 30 days from the date of creation of your order, before the return deadline expires.

The costs of collection are borne by the sender in Italy, and by the recipient in Europe.

REFUND POLICY

The cost of the return is free.
Shipping costs paid for delivery of the order will not be refunded.

Outside Italy the cost of the return is €30.00 and will be deducted from your refund.

The refund will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase.
If you used "cash on delivery" as a payment method, you must indicate the IBAN to which the refund is to be made on the return form.

REFUND TIMES

Generally the time required does not exceed 5/10 working days from the moment your return arrives at our warehouses.
